federal premium 38 spcl nyclad wadcutter
I think I need to clear something up here and why I refered this shell to a dum-dum if you look at this cartridge you would think it is an empty one but upon further exam. you would see that the entire bullet, projectile is completely inside the shell casing and coated with nyclad coating in the 80's I drove armored car in philly now my partner was a black retired state trooper and the ammo of his choice was the same cartridge I have described without the nycald coat and he called it a dum-dum his words to me were he wanted a bullet that pancaked and lift the person up off there feet and not exit this shell is not x'd at the end and looks like a wadcutter now I have tried to find it in federal archives and it is not listed that I can find I hope this helps and again I would appreciate any help thanks
