Death during pending transfer
I came across the thought recently, if said NFA Owner dies during pending transfer.
I have couple items in hand (NFA/nonNFA) in the collection and a couple pending transfers. I do not have a current notary'ed Will, so that is a given. I will make preparations soon to have that remedied. I am divorced and legally single but engaged to get married in the new year. I have a son from my first marriage and he will be 18 in 2017 when he graduates High School.
I have a sizable gun collection and last thing I want to do is see it go to this crook'ed ass, leftist, liberal, commie government to have it put through the band saw, only to heave it all in to the metal dump and give them another one up on gun owners.
Also upon marriage how would a Power of Attorney work legality wise?
I know no one can give legal advise, just looking to be pointed in the right direction that perhaps deals in these sorts of things. Thanks,
