M&P aftermarket sight installation near harrisburg/york??

Buy it and split the cost, works for both front and rears. You'll like having it available especially if you need to make small, centering adjustments on a sights that fit really tight.

Just curious, did you buy the sights at the shop and they still charged you for install?

Yeah...they have an outside gunsmith that does the installation.

Just an update, Me and a buddy split the cost of the tool, to do both of our guns, I had the cash for the sights now, and put them on my carry gun... the truglo TFO sights are amazing!!!

I also put a bit of silicone over the fiber optic part to seal them in there, and also to keep dirt out... worked great and easy...

So if anybody needs sights put on an M&P, I have the ability too, im not certified by any means, but had no problems doing this without scratching the gun at all, or messing up the sights.

I also put my old 9mm sights on my M&P 22 pistol, could only do the rear, but its better than the one that came on the gun. Did not need the tool to do that, they slip in and out fairly easy.

The sights will fit the front of the M&P22, just have to file it down a bit.

Range report, I went the day after installing them, and it seemed to be pretty accurate, but I just went quickly to the indoor range, and hit a few close to the bullseye at about 25 yrd... im no expert, and mainly just like shooting steel plates staggered around the course... much more fun than paper :P

Ah nice, maybe ill have to try and find that place again! I went out that way a couple months ago, and tried to memorize the directions to the store, but ended up at a cemetary... ah well lol.
