    Default Rifle Question

Would it be illegal to put a mag conversion kit on my hunting rifle? Smallest kit is a 5 rd mag. I have a Howa/Hogue M1500 308. I would obviously only load 3 rds while hunting.

    Thanks Everyone.

To Quote one of our moderators knight0334.

Theres no ammo limit set in Title 34 Game Laws for manually operated rifles while big-game hunting. ..not that one would need that many rounds to take a deer.

Game Commission Ranges have a limit though.

Don't pick a fight with an old man. If he is too old to fight, he'll just kill you.

What about a pump gun like a gamemaster? It has a mag. Is that like a shotgun then?
