Good place to transfer multiple lower recievers near Philadelphia

Anybody know a good shop or an FFL holder around northeast Philly where I can transfer ~10 lowers without paying 40-50 bucks for each one?

Call Delaware Valley Sports Center and see if they could work with you.

Modern tactical in Lansdale replied to an email I sent them earlier today. I will post the text here. But it looks as it if items 1-4 would be $20 total. After the 4th, you will pay $10 per.

"We charge $20 for the first four items and add $10 for each additional item after that.

1-4: $20
5: $30
6: $40. Etc.

This is correct. The first 4 firearms are $20.00. Each additional firearm is an additional $10.00.
