Default Shotgun capacity for special regulations areas

I just tried to find this in the rule book but didn't find a clear answer. How many rounds are you allowed to have in your shotgun while hunting deer? It says plugged to 3 rds for small game, but only says what type of guns are legal for deer. I thought it was five rounds like everywhere else in the state for rifle. I might get a chance to hunt in a shotgun area and I want to make sure I'm legal.

I do not believe it is regulated. Also, you state that rifle capacity is regulated. I do not think that is the case either.

    Be safe (and compliant).

You are right about the rifle. I had five in my head for some reason. I know NY is five, and all my rifle's hold under five maybe that's why I had that in my head.

I'm 99 percent it's whatever the shotgun will hold for large game. It has to be either slugs or buckshot I think is the only rule for deer.

Take the plug out and have fun wacken and stacken. No limit in the guns
