Default Customer Shoots Armed Robber in Family Dollar

Now if only a few could be in the area for a "knockout game"

    http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Governm...or-Being-Armed

On November 13, an armed customer in a Mobile, AL Family Dollar store foiled a robbery by shooting "the suspect multiple times."

According to WPMI, "two employees...[at the store] were unloading a truck, when a pair of armed robbers approached them. One of the criminals forced one of the employees to the front of the store, past terrified customers, and demanded that the employee open the safe."

At that point, a customer drew his own gun, shooting the robber "and causing his accomplice to flee." According to Local15TV, the customer shot "the suspect multiple times."

A customer who was inside the store when the robbery was foiled thanked the armed citizen for intervening: "I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart and God bless you."

Pretty stupid in my opinion. I would have just attempted to leave, and used my firearm only if my life is threatened. What about the other people? Well f**k em, that's what.

All the other people (with obvious exceptions, come on...) have brains, hands, legs, just like I do. Why should I risk my life to protect theirs? Makes no sense dude.

I hope you never need help and someone feels the same way you do.

You can't even call the cops? You just leave and think "well Fthem".

You have to live with yourself. know that your inaction has consequences.

Because in a split second, the armed assailants could turn their guns on you, and maybe by then it's too late.

Not saying you're wrong in what you said, just trying to give other thoughts.

You sound like a daggone liberal! What happened to personal responsibility? If everyone was responsible for their well being, there wouldn't even be a robbery. That's what I am trying to get at.

Am I saying if your kid was in a burning house and I was passing by I wouldn't stop and do everything I can to help him? No I am not saying that at all. I was just referring to the scenario that the OP posted about.
