    Default Fall Township

    Shouting out...

Falls Township Supervisors are proposing an amendment to prohibit all firearms, even if lawfully carried, on township owned property and facilities. I think is an illegal move by the supervisors since I thought state law prohibits local government from regulating firearms.

FTRAP club members have been asked to go to the meeting and speak out against this proposed ordinance or just help us fill the room to show our club members pay attention to what their local government is doing.

The meeting is at this Tuesday, November 19th at 7:00PM at the Township Building located at:

    118 Lincoln Highway
    Fairless Hills, PA

While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

I am not sure if one can legally carry in Falls Township muni buildings. I am a club member (FTRAP) so I will be there but I don't live in Falls Township. I am there because the club came in to support an issue in Lower makefield Township where I live a few months back.
