They're not "on call" for you, I'd call the regular number. It's unlikely they are close enough to catch anyone in the act because of the large area they cover. If it continues to be a problem they could probably set something up to catch them.

I wouldn't hesitate to call 911 if they were shooting close to your home.

Get pictures and/or at least a license number, they will follow up if they can't get there.

So some one in your yard with a gun and no permission to be there... 2 to the chest one to the head... providing you ask them to leave and never come back and they don't comply with the request... and you feel in danger.

How about just asking them to leave and letting them know they're on private property

Is it actually in your yard or just close to your yard? If it's not your land find out the minimum safe distance to hunt from a house with a bow and call the G.W. If they are far enough away you are SOL. If it is your land, walk back with a pistol on your hip and politely ask them to get the fuck off your land.
