    Default grid black out planned for November 13-14???

    I have sites for this news listed below . Can not tell if this is just a drill with out the physical shut off or if it is just running threw scenarios. A quick read is the nytimes however white house.gov is to the point too.

    It's role playing - they are not going to turn off the lights just to see what happens! They do what-if scenarios.

    I work on the power grid in NYC - the concerns are real - the excersise is a simulation!
