I don't like it when the Media sensationalizes coverage and conveniently leaves out the facts to suit they're agenda. Regardless if they are pro-gun and pro-2nd.

Admittedly, I did not read the entire filing. But it appears the short version is that the court found that:
1) A municipality is not responsible for the conduct of their officers and;
2) The officers have immunity because they work for the municipality....
Sounds like good logic was applied there, no?
