    I don't like it when the Media sensationalizes coverage and conveniently leaves out the facts to suit they're agenda. Regardless if they are pro-gun and pro-2nd.

    Agree - there's a lot more to the story beyond the sensational snippets.

    FWIW the arrest was made on a charge of criminal trespass since defendant refused to leave a city park after being directed to do so by the city hired security agent.

    Admittedly, I did not read the entire filing. But it appears the short version is that the court found that:

    1) A municipality is not responsible for the conduct of their officers and;
    2) The officers have immunity because they work for the municipality....

    Sounds like good logic was applied there, no?

    How did you come up with the facts that corroborate your 'short version'?
