You need to narrow down where in the lehigh valley you are. Or how far you are willing to drive.

I've been on the search myself...I'm in Center City Allentown...so far I've gone to Heritage Guild in Easton a few times. I'd love to have something closer.

I would recommend Alburtis Rod & Gun club. $40 to join and $20 every year after that to renew. Nice people there.

Closet to me is ranger lakes. Pretty cheap, decent facilities, rarely crowded during the week. 25-100 yd rifle. 5-10-25 yd pistol. All outdoor, but covered. Range only is $30 a year, drop in and pay, no sponsorship needed.

Member of Ranger Lake also, Can NOT recommend it. The people running it are idiots.

The main rule: ONLY 3 ROUNDS IN THE GUN! that is any gun. semi-auto, revolver, ar, etc. ONLY 3 rounds. and the "people" in charge don't want to talk about it.

5 mins up the road is Tri-boro. I will be joining there. Price might be a bit higher but the range is much more shooter friendly. However, joining tri-boro is a longer harder process than Ranger.

I will say if you want to fish then Ranger wins hands down, no contest, no one else close! Ranger is for fishing!

Yea i agree... The 3 Rd rule is pretty absurd... I am not a member at tri-boro yet, however i will be very soon... I emailed them because they didn't have there range rules posted, and i got a reaponse that was very professional and extremely kind...
