After a shooting (justified)
After reading a couple of topics on other sites about this I take the best advice is to call your lawyer before answering any questions. So with saying that no I have not shot anyone BUT I should find a lawyer to have on speed dial just in case.Anyone within the Chester County,Lancaster County areas recommend someone?I really have no idea who to call and ask or what ever?

Re: After a shooting (justified)
The most recent swat magazine i beleive had a big article about what to do after a shooting. You shouldn't say anything. You might end up saying something in the heat of the moment that actually really didn't happen or you think it happened and you said it DID happen or yada yada.

You might want to consider establishing a tie with John Duffy, Esq. He's with Duffy, Green & Redmond in West Chester. His courtroom acumen is legendary in Chester County, and I know he does Montgomery County. I've seen him in action, fortunately I was neither a plaintiff nor defendant. If there's a barrister out there that's his equal, I haven't heard of him.
