    Default 7th Circuit hears arguments on injunction in concealed carry case

    The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit has begun hearing arguments in an injunction request stemming from the panel's earlier ruling invalidating Illinois' ban on concealed carry. You guys might be interested in reading coverage of the oral arguments. Enjoy!

    If I'm reading it right Posner told Thompson to shut up and sit down and wait. Three cheers for Posner more like three middle fingers.

    That's what I got out of it also, he kept interrupting Thompson and used up much of his allotted time.

    agreed that the judge told the carry advocate to wait patiently for the state to comply with the earlier ruling, and that the state could continue to enforce the old law until the mechainsm for the issuance of liscense was in place, some time early next year.
