    Default KSG question...

Anyone have one? Seen one??? Had a glimpse of one in a dream?

I'm on a few different wait lists and I never seem to be getting to the top...

If you have one of have shot it... what's your impression? Would you recommend it?

I'm really wondering if anyone has one and if they are anywhere near local to Philly.

I'll give a full sleeve of 00buck (real quality stuff) to anyone that has one and let's me hold it for a second just to feel the ergonomics. 2 sleeves if you let me pay to take you to the range and let me shoot it using factory ammo...

Been dying to find one to hold to see if its worth the $$ or anticipation.

    Thanks!!

    Mike

If you want the ammo PM me or email me @ faipiper@gmail.com or text me at 2676884496

I saw two at the Oaks gun show. You can put an 870 bullpup together for half the cost and it will probably be twice as reliable.

I have one and love it. I paid $1500 backin March 2012 and don't regret it.

I enjoyed owning and shooting it for over a year.

Reloads are slow, no ways around it. I tried many different reloading techniques and none of them work. Like speed loading Aguilla mini shells, 3gun style twins or 4-in-hand.

I love how compact it is. The 870 bullpups is neat but not quite the same size and capacity as the KSG.

The only contender is the UTAS UTS-15. That gun sucks big time. I tried one and just simply the fact that the follower and shells get in the way of the feeding ports is a poor design. If you want to load or top off the gun you must move the shell or the follower out of the way.

These dual tube pump action on paper sound awesome but once you consider the cons (Questionable reliability, sheer expenses and slow load times) their coolness fades to me. You can get a Saiga 12 and have it converted for 2/3's the cost or get the AR-15 style shotgun for half the price then spend a bit more for better furniture/sights. They're magazine fed and semi-automatic so they're a huge improvement on the set backs of these designs.

Now if these things had solid reliability and cost $500 I would be thrilled with them.
Sanity, yours if you can keep it.....

Thanks for the feed back guys... I had an 870 bullpup before... just didn't really do it for me...

Not too concerned with faster reload times as my current HD 870 (which ain't going anywhere) has less on tap with my Mesa Side Saddle anyways... if it can't be killed with 14 rounds of 00buck...

Besides... I need that 2nd kind if cool... just looks so ergonomic and versatile...

What can I say... I'm a gear queer...

Bought one about a month ago. $800 couldn't say no. Most of the problems people have with this gun is short stroking. The last part[ approximately half inch]of the pump action activates ejection and feeds a new round from feed tube. Mine has been flawless. With 15 rds when fully loaded, who cares about fast reloads. This gun is great when used in confined areas. The only question I have is longevity.

I wouldn't have bought mine at the jacked up prices either. When LGS said $800 I about fell over. Don't know what dealer cost is but they said they made money on the deal.
