In an attempt to post some bucks....

My Dad's boss got this one this morning:

If gun control worked, Chicago would be like Mayberry, instead of Thunderdome.

But, don't you have a decent picture where we can actually see the deer? I don't give a damn about gore, but it would like to admire your deer for something other than the gaping ass to sternum slice your made while gutting it.
The photo wasn't really that over the top. Hanging a gutted whitetail is part of the deal. I am not a firm believer in cleaning blood off of mouths and sticking tongues back in for pictures. I don't think the poster had an ill intent in posting. Give him some slack.

    Small bodied deer? Big antlers!
Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

that's how it looked to me too. But i didn't want to "crap on him" so to speak. Last year i saw one of the largest bodied bucks with a little 4 point rack. strangest thing.

It's not crapping if small bodied deer has big antlers. It's just a observation, I would have popped a cap in him to. What the small body tells you is, the potential of this deer was through the roof. He's probably a two year old just imagin him as a 4-5 what he could have been. Saying that he would have been hanging on my wall if he would have walked past me.

My post wasn't a complaint about the gore being over the top, but a request for an additional or different picture that would allow us to better admire his success.

That's the first thing I thought when I got the text/pic last night.
