Default SKS bullpup kit - how much is it worth for you?

An aquaintance of mine is entertaining an idea of selling SKS bullpup kits. Here is how it looks. So the question is - how much would you pay for it if you like to purchase one? Please note, the price is for the kit only, you must have the rifle.

I have a couple of russian laminated SKS's I don't shoot....if I saw something like that in the $50.00-$75.00 range I might be tempted to pick one up just to try something new on an item I have but no longer really use.

Maybe if I were more of a hardcore SKS fanatic Id be tempted to pay a little more.

$100-250. That is if I do not hear of reliability issues. I hear those and I will not buy at any price that would be profitable.

    Picture looks sweet,
Quality is important, if it feels like a toy grade plastic I wouldn't buy one.
But if it was reliable,Sturdy, durable and fit well, 200$ to start.

I bought the sgworks kit for $250 I believe. That plus the cost of the sks is still cheaper than buying an M4 clone or making an sbr. I like the looks of the one in your picture and would pay $200 for it if its quality and easier to install. Make it $100-150 and the market is yours. Especially if you can keep up with production and not have multi-month waiting times like sgworks.

It's not a bad looking rifle/set up. I'm just not a huge fan of anything bullpup so I voted $100.

I'd say in the 100-250 range. Actually @ 150 would probably be my high mark.

This is what I would be concerned with. If the trigger is absolutely terrible I don't think i would even consider it for a range toy at any price.

SGW charges $200 and is finally keeping up with production. LKermit from the SKS boards makes some awesome wooden bullpups for $200 as well.

As others have mentioned, I'd like to know how the trigger linkage is setup.

If the trigger is solid, $150-$200 seems reasonable enough to keep things competitively priced.

Does the kit include the detachable magazine?
IANAL. I don't give legal advice. I'm only stating my OPINION.
(Did I really need to say that on an Internet forum? LOL)
