The kids have been suspended for the year.

But there is some good news... the kids arent suspended for possession, handling and use of a firearm anymore its not possession, handling and use of an airsoft gun (Sarcasm).

other things kids have been suspended for include:

talking about guns

talking about Toy Guns

holding a pencil like a gun

possessing a piece of bubble gum shaped like a gun

biting a poptart into the shape of a gun

having a picture of a gun on their computer

throwing an imaginary gernade while playing by themselves on the playground

pointing their finger like a gun

That is all true, but they happened on school property, not on private property in someone's yard. The school district is not dictating what kids can do in and around their own homes.

Next they'll spy through the laptops while the kids are in their bedrooms. Oh wait.............
