    Default Rem 1100/11-87

Are the barrels on a Remington 1100 and 11-87 interchangeable? I have an 1100 in need of a new barrel and I'm having a hard time finding the one I want for it. I have found a barrel that is listed for an 11-87 and it appears to be the same, but I'm not 100% sure its a match.

    Nope:/

There are a lot of interchangeable parts(most), but that is where they differ.

I've tried them. They don't have the barrel I'm looking for either.

Yeah, I guess that would have helped. Its a 21" with the interchangeable chokes. It has a nice finish, not flat black.

It may be a long shot, but give Claytons a call. They had several 1100 barrels in their used parts pile, though that was a while ago.
