    GL, I just had one follow up question to my last question of the day. If your Homeowner's insurance wouldn't pay for the cleanup of you having to shoot a criminal, could you sue their estate for the cost of the cleanup?

    Yes. Yes, you could.

    There are instances of cities suing people who died after they caused major crashes, for the cost of cleaning up the wreckage.

    You might get some bad press out of the deal, though.....

    Just wanted to say that it was a great session yesterday. Both me and DoubleBarrels learned a ton. We skipped Session 1, but after hearing from the others who attended it, we're going to go to the next one you do.

    Meh, anytime you shoot a criminal you get bad press.

    Excellent Firearms Workshop I and II. Phil covered all issues. I would recommend this series of Law Workshops for all owners of firearms in Pennsylvania. Very glad I attended. Well worth the price.
