Ruger 22/45 lite
What's your thoughts on it. I am hopefully getting my stamp for my suppresser in the spring and was considering buying one.

Re: Ruger 22/45 lite
I bought one about a month ago. Traded in a Neos.
I like it so far, only about 250 rounds through it so far with one stovepipe.
I don't really have any desire for a suppressor but would like a fiber optic front sight for it. The stock ones are good, just want some contrast.

Re: Ruger 22/45 lite
I have a ruger mark II government competition and I love it, but wife hated the weight, I picked up 22/45 lite for her and we both love it. Only thing really bothered me when we got it, was so hard to remove the mag. Well I had already litely cleaned it, So I removed the barrel from the frame couldn't find anything wrong. Thoroughly clean and reassemble, and has been fine ever since. 1000 plus rounds through it. Flawless. Would def recommend

I like mine. I have the original gold colored one. I bought it as a host for a can as well.

Re: Ruger 22/45 lite
Bought one for my mom to use for personal protection. Due to her arthritus she had trouble with DA triggers and racking slides. Once broken in it's been really trouble free. Ours was an early production model in the gold finish, I like it enough I may buy a black one for me.

Re: Ruger 22/45 lite
I had a standard 22/45, and didn't think the weight was bad at all, although I'd imagine the can would make up for that. I'd highly recommend the Ruger 22s though, I've had several, and they all have been flawless.
