This class is designed to give the student an overview and better understanding of the ways to preserve food, how to get the longest shelf life possible, possible dangers of stored food, ways to avoid spoilage and the tools needed to perform all tasks.

Minimum Age: 12 with parent

Cost: $50 (take off 10% for meetup group members!)
