my newest target shotgun...
always been a Browning guy. This time I wanted to try something different. New Caesar Guerini 20g/32" Summit Sporting. Very happy with it, so far. It crushes clay and exhibits little to no recoil. Fit and Finish is also first rate...

Re: my newest target shotgun...
Congratulations, I'm sure you'll love it. I started shooting trap 6 months ago, and a couple of months later bought a well-used, 6 year-old, 32", 12g Summit Limited to replace the 20g CZ Redhead I started with.
The difference was stunning lol, which should be expected given the price difference but often isn't. Recoil seemed lower, patterns were much more consistent, and operation was smooth and easy.
My shooting partner tried my CG, and went out and bought himself a used Summit as well. Now we're both smiling . . . and ours were acquired used

Re: my newest target shotgun...
They surely are great guns. My son and I shot one over at Seven Springs Sporting Clays shooting(in 20 GA) we had never shot ANY kind of clays before he shot a 25(out of 50) I got a 34 out of 50. Their O/U rentals are CG Summits in 32" barrels(or Kreighoffs at more $$). We also got to shoot a Beretta 391 but that CG really impressed me..Now that said I will never have the $$ to actually own one but id love one and have shot one great Shotgun.

Re: my newest target shotgun...
Had a really hard time finding a 20g Summit Sporting. Finally called CG and they directed me to a few authorized dealers. Got it from Silver Creek Outfitters, Sun Valley, Idaho. The Summits sell out very fast and CG USA doesn't get new ones from Italy until late fall or early Winter. Took me about a week to track one down...

Beautiful gun. I am sure that you will enjoy it. I had the pleasure of shooting one at Orvis Sandanonna.
