Kapture... an interesting recording device.
Hey everyone,
long time, no posts from me on here. I moved back to the people's republik of Marylandistan a couple of years ago.
Anyway, I was going through my RSS reader and stumbled upon this. It's called Kapture, and is a wrist-worn device that basically records at all times and overwrites itself constantly. If you ever want to capture the previous 60 seconds of whatever was going on around you, just hit the button.
Sounds pretty cool for you all who carry. You can quickly, easily and descretely capture interactions with others, should you ever need it.

I hope you all are well!
Stay safe,

Using that to continuously record any interaction you have during the day (as you described) will typically violate the PA Wiretap laws. See exceptions below.
From the ACLU site:
"You have a right to capture images in public places, but you don't always have a right to record what people say. Pennsylvania's Wiretap Law makes it illegal to record private conversations - which can include conversations in public places - without the consent of all parties to the conversation. Conversations with police in the course of their duties are not private conversations, but many other things you may record on a public street are."Last edited by Hawk; September 5th, 2013 at 03:52 PM.

60 seconds is not nearly enough recording time.
