Re: Bucks County Sheriff's Race
Duke had my vote unless John Fricking Wayne came barreling into town blasting off Ma Dueces driving a 5ton truck with a Rand Paul 2016 bumper sticker on it punching hippies in the face.

I agree. Duke and his staff makes the process easy for all LTCF holders.

Re: Bucks County Sheriff's Race
Greetings,
Tom Lingenfelter ran a very under the radar republican primary campaign against Sheriff Donnelly. He may have been a viable alternative, but as Donnelly won the primary, he's our guy. The Sheriff has much potential juristiction on not only LTCFs, but NFA as well. I've never heard of Donnelly ever not going along or straying from the state LTCF requirements like some other sheriffs have. His office has been great IMO and sticks to the law in this regard.
Regarding any NFA forms, the sheriff can just refuse to sign without any grounds (many actually do because they don't understand exactly what their signature is indicating, or have some personal issue with NFA items in general. That will cause you problems trying to circumvent the requirement and may result in not getting your forms approved (there are some other options for the sign off; Judges above certain levels, then the trusts, LLCs, etc.; but that discussion just got more complex).
Suffice to say, the devil we know (don't mean that as a derogatory) as a republican sure beats a democrat with no historical record of firearms support any day. All elections can have consequences (unintended or otherwise)!
Regards, Jim
