Borough council meeting OC
I have a council meeting locally I'd like to attend. I plan on Carrying my Glock. I know I'm well within my rights to carry, but what grounds would they have to ask me to leave? Can anyone clarify what justification they need to be able to lawfully ask me to leave?

Re: Borough council meeting OC
I've carried OC to York City Council meetings before. The owner of private property can ask you to leave, but unless the meetings are held in a building where carry is prohibited for other reasons, school, courtrooms, detention facilities, they can try to ask nicely but they have no authority to demand that you leave, cover it, etc.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

I OCed while a Borough Council Member and as Borough Council President.
Borough Council has no lawful authority to have you removed from the building. Private Criminal Complaints could (and should) be lodged against whomever directs your removal, if it occurs.

I do not know when the meeting is but I would humbly suggest putting a little time between the events of this evening and OC at the borough meeting.

Three people are now confirmed dead, according to Monroe County Coroner Bob Allen. And at least three are in critical condition following the shooting at tonight's Ross Township municipal meeting.
Two men died at the scene and one who was helicoptered out later died.
It sounds to me like self defense is an excellent reason to carry.
Remember, all the victims had no means of self-defense.
I OCed at council meetings because I had some concerns about a few of our citizens going off the deep end. Maybe because I OCed they had second thoughts.
