ATF Regulation Public Comment Period - You better get in here

I have yet to check the scope of this, but the comment period ends September 20. Usually, their responses to public comments are legally binding. So, ask questions to make changes you want, but also ask questions about pitfalls to trip them up into saying "it doesn't mean that" or "we wouldn't do that" or "It won't be used that way."

looks like it makes the process easier, streamlining information gathering and allowing for credit and debit card payment, as well as traditional paper instruments.

I sent an email. I'd like to see the new form, so hopefully they'll send me that.
I also wanted better clarification on where to put marking requirements (ie name and town for SBR purposes).
I also asked for electronic submission- doubt they'll do that but I can ask.
Finally I agreed with credit card and debit payment.
