Beretta 92a1 holster question
I just picked up a beretta 92a1 yesterday, and am now looking for a holster. I saw something on thehighroad.com that the 92a1 will fit in a blackhawk serpa holster for the XD. Does anyone have these items that can check/test it out to confirm this? Yes, I know that it's not made for it, but it seems the only paddle holsters available for the 92a1 are over $100.

Re: Beretta 92a1 holster question
Not a clue. I don't understand why they only list for non railed models.
Maybe these will help. They are within a Serpas price point.
Here's Beretta's own.

Here's another.

No active retention though. Not my first choice for OC.

Re: Beretta 92a1 holster question
I have been having a same issue with my 92A1(also with my full rail 1911 as well. Seems that the no one cares about any railed version of none railed gun)
I'm not sure about XD unit - If I see one in my LGS, I'll try.
I've been using Bianch Minimalist Belt Slide Holster for Glock 22 for my 92A1 at the range.
Fobus seems like a best bet for that tactical holster look, but having no retention makes me not want it for CC.
92A1 is too damn big for comfortable carry anywayAudemus jura nostra defendere

Re: Beretta 92a1 holster question
Good luck with that. I sold my 92A1 last year because of the nearly non-existent holster selection, and the slide-mounted safety that I sometimes unknowingly activated when racking the slide. I did have a DeSantis Speed Scabbard and a Fobus holster; those were the best I could find.
