Re: abc inside story- PA Castle Doctrine.
What I got from the video was a statistic that as a white man I have a 262% chance of being a victim at some point....

What these airheads are advocating is, let the criminals do what ever, just don't resist. If they invade your home, ask them if they can let you gather up your kids and go out the back door and you can have what every you want.
They are oblivious to the animalistic minds of psychos and criminals.

Re: abc inside story- PA Castle Doctrine.
Amazing! There are so many people who think one should not defend ones self. The key to the stand your ground/castle doctrine is important: the burden is place on the government to show that you committed an illegal killing. Without SYG/CD the victim (person defending themselves) has a greater burden under the law and must prove their innocence.
With or without SYG or CD laws there is always an investigation!!Last edited by vinnyg101; July 21st, 2013 at 10:00 PM.

If I am attacked or fear an attack is imminent I have a GOD given right to defend myself and my family.

Sorry ABC I refuse to be a innocent victim in the house I paid for with my own hard work.
I will not retreat so some thugs can take my family's possessions. The only things those idiots will receive are some slugs center mass.

Practice something enough, and it becomes almost second nature, I will say that IDPA practice really hones this also.
as was said before.
I left home at 16, I left MY COUNTRY at 19 to work and live around this planet, I've seen shit I never wanted to and seen shit I had to, to get to the point where I knew what I wanted.
I settled in this country, not by accident, but by damned hard work and blood sweat and yes, a few tears along the way!
I'm now 42, and if you want to take, what I have worked my life to achieve(which by some standards, is not much), or to harm my wife or my children, you had better be a better damn shot than me!
I will not retreat from my home, for anyone, regardless of your laws, it is MY RIGHT to not die at the hands of anyone.

I know PA has the castle doctrine, but do they have anything like stand your ground?
Also can someone kind of explain the difference to me just to make sure i get it.I offer discounts on freeze dried foods, knives and other prepping products.

Re: abc inside story- PA Castle Doctrine.
They are similar, Castle Doctrine covers anywhere you can legally be.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castle_doctrine
Pennsylvania (Recent legislation extends Castle Doctrine to occupied vehicles and the work place. Stand-your-ground rights extended to any place the defender has a right to be with specified exceptions; notably, the attacker must brandish a lethal weapon.)
It is listed under the stand your ground section on wiki, it is a more accurate description.Home brewing; because Jeeps and ammunition aren't cheap. WILL WORK FOR AMMO & FIREARMS!
