I bet a hole in 7.62 mm diameter will do the trick. But im not sure if its good for the environment due to coolant spill.

I believe the power company has to do it at the box right along side the house for an individual house meaning the have to get close.

But unless they suspect this guy has a bomb that is going to level the block this is uncalled for.

That way, none of the neighbors could be tweeting and giving away their tactical positions. They probably also jammed cell phone usage.

Folks on "in house" life support can get some electric from a fire engine. My company has done this for a local resident during major power outages.

As for replacing spoiled food . . .GOOD LUCK. The popo is seldom responsible for a kicked in door on the wrong house let alone food from turning off the electric.
wow i forgot about that i got a freezer full of porterhouse steaks they better not cut the power on my block ever!!

what if he has CCTV with outside hidden cameras their tactical position is pretty much screwed.

CCTV can still operate on a marine battery with an inverter.

maybe he has a secret tunnel that leads to his bat cave and turning off the power means the poor bastard now has to use the old archaic stairs. OH the humanity!

Looks like the whole block was powerless to do anything about it.
