Hey Joe,
I OC all the time. The only places I have had issues are Jock n' Jill's and the brew pub (I don't remember the name) downtown. They are evidently owned by the same person. Otherwise I've had no issues.

Honestly I'm not sure if it's that people don't notice or don't care.

Same here! I OC everywhere I can. Even Jock and Jills said they were ok with CC just not OC

Hey, Joe... I live in Mount Pocono, and OC virtually 100% of the time in Mount Pocono, Swiftwater, Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, etc, etc.

The only word of warning I can offer is this: If OC'ing in Swiftwater, carry a goddamn recorder and be very wary of the State Police from the Swiftwater barracks. They have, in the company of other officers, flat-out threatened to shoot me on sight if I was seen carrying a gun again... After admitting that I was breaking no laws by doing so. Do as I do: Walk that fine line between standing up for your rights... And treading lightly so as not to get shot. Don't know about you, but I've got a beautiful daughter I need to get home to.

Don't let me scare you though, I OC everywhere everyday unless the situation disallows it. 99% of the time, nobody says anything about it. Most of the ones who do are simply curious and want to know how to get a license to carry and how much the cops hassle you. You will see a few anti's who insist on throwing their opinion at you, but in my experience, they are the exception rather than the rule.
