Utah Permit came with smeared ink.

Anyone else see that on theirs? It looks like the printer was not aligned. It looks fake. Ill post a pic.
Look at the dates of issue, look at name. The back is all smeared too. Just looks fake.

Update, I called and they are sent me a new card within a weeks time. Not bad.

Although mine was issued in 2009 so it was several years ago, it looks nothing like yours in terms of the smearing. Mine is very clear and professional-looking, more like a driver's license. Everything is perfect.

I agree, I would contact them and insist, not ask, for a replacement.

Was the envelope postmarked in Utah or Nigeria?

OP - could I ask how long it took to get your UT permit? I'm waiting for mine and it's now about 2 weeks past the 60 day maximum processing time.

When it comes, I'll let you know if it's printed any different than yours was.

We were told that it is taking an extra three weeks to process in addition to the 60 days. I personally think it's a bunch of BS as they have 60 days by statute. If they can't do it in the 60 days, they should hire more people.
