Got to the range around 1030 and stayed until about 1250. There was a 'no trespassing' sign laying face down on the ground. My buddy called someone who called someone else who said that that sign comes and goes and nobody knows nuthin'. We had the place to ourselves for about an hour or so until a friendly AR shooter came along and all was good. He had some free standing ptingers that he set up at about 110 yds and told me to shoot them with my .308, which was pretty much tuned in with its new ACOG by now. His ptingers are in the likeness of little men and I knocked it right over on the first shot and we all laughed about it. My buddy put it back up and we kept shooting. My buddy was shooting them with his .357 revolver, which I thought was impressive considering the distance.

I love [redacted] I make day trips of shooting there from Philly. Funny enough found out about it because loca law enforcement gave me directions how to get there.
Someone there told me about another place nearby, Gordon Mountain? Idk if we’re allowed to talk about that or not. But if we are directions would be great. Source said it’s even better than [redacted].

Interesting. Never heard of Gordon Mountain and quick google turns up nothing. I'd love to hear more.

Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.
