    Surely there is surveillance video?

If someone (I didn't know) was coming at me with a knife and scissors and was an obvious threat, I'd probably shoot them too. Of course, there are always variables, sometimes deadly force may not be needed, I'm just sayin that I wouldn't rule out shooting from the get go.

I'm sure the surveillance wasn't working that day.

The Costco's that I've been in have very limited surveillance systems. They're mostly around the front of the store, near the registers, and a few scattered in other places, but the entire store is by no means covered.

(I make it a habit of checking out surveillance systems when I'm in stores)

As do I, ever since I had a car stolen from the Park City Mall three days before Christmas and then got told the surveillance was down for maintenance that night. BS

Virtually everyone with a cell phone has video, surely someone got this.

If I were to witness something like this, it would be "Lights, cameras, action"

I guess this disproves that there's no such thing as bad pizza.

It's Costco which has a no weapons policy so if you were respecting their policy you would have been unarmed.

Which leads me to this question that is a little twist on the validity of gun signs debate...... If you were in this situation in a place like Costco that has a no gun policy, and you wound up having to protect yourself using a gun that per their policy you should not have...... would anyone be able to bring any charges against you for having a gun there if they chose to?

Again, the issue is that there is no downside for the police to shoot this woman.

Of course, I wasn't there but there were probably options. Every Costco that I've been in has the employee lounge in the front of the store at the end of a hallway. Retreat, block the hallway and then throw a blanket over the woman.

Now the cops in question are probably bitching about the paperwork "that damned woman" has forced them to fill out.

Witnesses said she seemed upset about the pizza she was handing out, and was waving a knife and scissors, threatening employees.
    Bad shoot.

I would be pretty pissed off if I ordered and did not get extra peperoni too. =D
