Why get a Utah or AZ LTCF permit?

I see some members get multiple LTCF permits for other states. What is the purpose of this? Any benefits?

Get to carry in more states. Be pretty important if you travel out of PA on a regular basis, since none of the neighboring states share reciprocity with PA that I'm aware of.

That's kinda what I thought. Just doing a quick search, looks like Utah permits permit is allowed in DE, VA, and WV.

Utah gets you a lot more than that. Look at http://www.usacarry.com/concealed_ca...city_maps.html which is interactive. Pick PA and then add UT. Toss in AZ also, and you can have some form of carry right in every state that you reasonably can. As others said though, the biggest single reason for PA residents to get Utah is for Ohio. Arizona used to be accepted by Ohio, but it's not any longer.

To go to Delaware. Why do I carry more than just 1 or two? Because agreements change and obtaining another license/permit can take quite some time, so I have PA, AZ, VA, FL, UT.

Utah is the biggest "bang" for your buck, and you get 2 additional States with AZ. For a PA Resident, you get Delaware and Ohio as the most relevant since they are border states.
