IIRC Utah law says you will have your permit within 60 days from the day they take your money, that doesn't mean when they get your check but the day they cash your check.

I have a Utah and have renewed it once, both times I got it faster than DELCO took to send my PA LTCF and renewal.

I took the class for the Utah permit on March 13th, mailed everything on the 14th, and received my Utah permit last Saturday, the 25th of May. I can't imagine how flooded Utah must be with applications. My class was supposed to be held at our local Gander Mountain store but it had so many people they moved it to a local Holiday Inn conference room.

I figure it's one of the better investments. Once obtained, renewals are easy and rather affordable.
