Can anyone recommend a good criminal defense lawyer?
Figuring I'd like to get all of my "ducks in a row" as a LTCF holder and retain a lawyer in advance should the unthinkable ever happen. I don't want to have my life torn apart any more than necessary if I have to defend myself or my family against some creep bent on doing us harm. I'm looking to find someone that's reputable and friendly toward legit gun owners and knowledgeable with the 2nd Amendment and PA's own Constitution.
Anyone have any recommendations? This is my first experience with lawyers so I'm not sure of all that's involved and even more importantly what it may cost to retain so I'm trying to keep that in consideration as I'm a bit strapped right now. Anyone heard of Daniel R. Bush out of West Chester? One of the folks that popped up on a search so figured I'd ask.

It seems most lawyers practice by county and state having one on retainer could be a waste.

A criminal defense attorney is for when you've done something wrong.
You're looking for someone to defend you when you've done everything right - sometimes that's a more difficult task, or at the very least, more specialized.
Search for gunlawyer here and he'll be able to guide you.Honey, sell my guns for what they're worth and not what I told you I paid for them.

Fixed it for you. He's in the eastern end of the state as well.
His name is Phil Kline. I recommend him as well, though I have not needed a firearms lawyer yet.
I know others have actually needed attorneys and can make their own recommendations based on their successes. While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

I would be using either Phil or Richard Bobbe. Talk to them both and then decide.

Would someone mind PMing me their contact info so I can look them up and get in touch with them? I'd rather be prepared than not should the SHTF and I'm still around to tell my half of the story.
