    Allentown will conduct a gun buy back at Christiana Emmanuel Church, 113 North Eight Street. $100.00 K-MART gift card for functional weapons, $15 for non functional, $10 for BB guns and airsoft.

    Does the buyer go through a background check?
    How do they know if the gun is functional or not? Shoot a few in the air?

    Where can I get details on this? I've got an old Ring of Fire .25, and $100 sounds like a good price.
    Does K-Mart sell ammo?
