Gun Shops that offer fair trades
Anybody know of a shop in the Lancaster, Harrisburg, York, Lebanon......area that offers decent trades?

Basic rule of thumb is/was that a gun store will offer 2/3 the value on a trade-in. There are several in the area who I trust- Backwoods Outfitters in Columbia, Lanco Tactical in Elizabethtown for starters. You won't get what you want, but you won't get taken.
If you're looking for cash quick, the LGS is the best route. If you have time and want the best deal, a private sale always works better.Don't sweat the petty stuff, and don't pet the sweaty stuff.

Collectors Gun Shop offered me a fair trade on a Winchester 94 .32 Special.
