Will be New to the Monroe county area soon.
Hello
Just introducing myself to the site and the local Monroe County members.
I along with my wife and kids will be moving to the Kresgeville area in early June if all goes well. I am a member of several other firearm related message forums and have been into firearms, mostly military surplus for the last 15 years.
Moving up from Central NJ. Ya Ya I know another NY/NJ stooge moving up to the area but I assure all the natives I bring with me no attitude, noise, no Late 80's Z28 I-Roc Z or Mustang 5.0 and I swear I never wore Drakkar Noir Cologne in the early 90's. After The events from Hurricane Sandy then seeing the effect New town had on the already Misguided NJ politicians I finally decided I had enough after 35 years of living with NJ politics and put my house up and we began this new chapter in our lives.
Cant wait to pop my 1st 30 round magazine into one of my rifles and just sit back and bask at it in all it's high capacity glory. Glad to know I will finally be breathing that much easier and living as free as possible in our day and age.
Hodgie

Just remember the free air you breath in won't last much longer if you don't step up and be active.

Ha I was just joking no hard feelings I hope.
Funny going back about 6 years ago we looked in the same area to move and lots of people we came across were breaking our chops when they found out we were from NJ and a few were just kinda rude about it. This time around 85% of the homes we looked at that weren't vacant were all people from NY or NJ looking to sell and move back for one reason or another.
Had my home inspected yesterday up there and the current owner who was from NY said the one neighbor next to me is from the Bronx and the one behind me is from Brooklyn said they were good people which is all I care about. There is enough acreage between everyone so there are already nice boundaries set up. As long as they don't disapprove about the occasional firearm discharging on my property I am good to go.

LOL
I have to admit I'm one of those people to roll eyes at NY/NJ plates. But your not bringing it here your only from there so your cool. I'm in Chestnuthill Tsp so after you get settled maybe we can brave the SGL and go shoot.

If you are shooting at a SGL Range then you can only have 3 rounds on the rifle range soooo yeah. You will need to fine a private range to enjoy the full 30 rounds.

Don't feel bad I do it too, epically if its one of those d-bags with a Jersey strong sticker on the back. Thanks for the invite It would be cool to meet up with some like minded locals for a range trip. going to a new State not knowing anyone but your wife and kids is a bit intimidating.
