    Default gun rights meeting

    Senator Specter will be holding an open ended meeting to brief and update gun owners and sportsmen and women on legislative issues and to answer questions and concerns about any other issues.

    Senator Specter is meeting with Western Pennsylvania Sportsmen to provide a Washington DC legislative update and address Sportsmen’s questions and concerns.

    There are many issues to discuss including the right to carry a firearm in a National Park, hunting issues in National Parks, concerns over certain operations within the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, etc.

    Off the subject, I just heard that Specter was diagnosed with cancer again.

    What's it cost? Grayhound gave a price about $160.

    Costs like around $230, but I just checked, and it doesn't look like you'd get here in time, unless you wanted to spend the night here. Earliest arrival time for a flight from PHL to PIT on Saturday is 10:15AM.

    Too bad, the airport is very close to the hotel where the meeting is taking place.

    I like about 20 minutes away and this looks like something I'd enjoy.
