Default Upper Dublin School District is in violation... or not?

    SC 1303-A says:

Any firearm or weapon possessed on or about a person while on District property is subject to seizure and/or forfeiture.

    So, what's next?

That's what I assumed you were referring to. I could be wrong, but a school district is not a "county, municipality, or township", so §6120 would not apply.

The hell I'm not! Keep the twenty!

If I remember correctly someone already volunteered, the outcome is unclear yet. let's wait.

    Interesting point.

But is it technically public/municipal... uhm... related thingy?

If I cannot possess firearms on district property, does it mean I can not even pass it on my way to the train station?

It's a paper pamphlet with only exception:

Weapons under the control of law enforcement personnel are permitted.
