You are right that you didn't get it, but you are not the only one.

Hetero harassment may or may not be more or less harassing, depending on the exact content. But the point in my neighbor's case is that it was sexual in nature, most lewd and most lascivious, and most violently threatening, and so I can see an instance where a sheriff could take Harassment by Communication into consideration, at the very least, under the C & R clause. The prosecutor said the DA's office gets obscene call cases all the time, but never had a case where someone said the kinds of things he said, and that he needed counseling badly, and he would only get it through ARD, otherwise, he would simply get some jail time, and be out.

In the OP's case, while we don't know that it may have just been some anti-gun office flunkie that placed that note on the docket, if we don't know, then we also don't know that it was not a judge or prosecutor.

You thought I made a wrong conclusion, as you stated. Don't sweat it, it happens.
