    Has Bunny gotten out of the NFA signing business, or is Lt Freas an additional possible signor along with Bunny?

    He is the "Lt of Operations" for the sheriff's department. I presume that he has been delegated authority by the sheriff as an additional signatory and may handle the day to day processing of NFA applications.

    As of 05/2016, Lt. Sibley is now the contact for Chester County Sheriff NFA sign-offs.
