A living document.. horse crap!
Judges who say the Constution is a living document just say that so they can so they can change it by interperting yes as meaning no and up as meaning down to fit thier own social agenda without going through the amendment process. When one does so he should be impeached and tried for treason.
If it was a living document there would be no need for amendments or provision for amendments, a contract that dosen't mean what it says is worhless!

Actually, I really hate the 'Living Document' thing but in my mind, the fact that it can be amended, makes it living and evolving. Unfortunately that's not what these activist Judges and people like Pelosi interpret it to mean. Another example of the extremist anti-Americans being able to set the definitions.

True it is a living document and it is constantly evolving in thefollowing manner 1. eroding as in our rights and 2. growing as in the governments perogatives.
