    Talking Took my sister shooting today.

    So I took my sister shooting today. She's not exactly a frequent shooter. I started her off on the .22 and we went through most of the arsenal, but eventually she spent most of afternoon shooting the 9mm. It was like pulling teeth to get her to maintain a good grip and stance though. Oh well.

    .45 ACP was a bit much for her.


    She enjoyed the AR though.

    Very cool I did the same with my gf starting from .22 and working up through the calibers. She also stuck with the 9mm and liked all but the 357mag. Gotta take care of those eyes though even if she's uncomfortable with it. All in all great to see more female shooters!

    Most people at first are worried or maybe a bit shy , but if you let them take it at their own pace , miracles will happen, She seems a bit young and you will need to take that into account. It is all about fun.

    started me wife off with the .22 and worked up thru several handgun calibers. now she wants to try the shotty.
