No, no change of logo. Bad form (and illegal) to use the image in that way without the original artist's permission anyway.

Now, on the other hand, temporarily changing the quotation from Article 1 Sec. 21 on the masthead to something like: "Bitterly clinging to our guns since 2006", that would be funny in a more subtle way....
