Welcome to PA:

1) gun rights are in our constitution,
2) our firearms permits are 'shall issue',
3) our crime rate is lower than yours.

See, I see it the other way. Here's a true story. Two years ago at a TEA party there was this anti-tea party guy standing in the crowd with signs basically slandering us. People would go over and argue with him but it only caused loud voices that divided us and made us look bad in the publics eye.

After a while of seeing this guy get more arrogant, I walked over with a water bottle and a soft pretzel and said " here ya' go...have a great day". Several others started to do the same thing and no one debated him. With in 20 minutes he left.

Maybe we should have food, water and hand out a copy of the PA constitution as they cross and take the wind out of their sails. Also make it obvious we are 2a supporters with our families and love of country, family and kids.

Since I was called a MURDERER in Doylestown on Saturday I'm thinking on returning the favor, I will Invest in a megaphone and call them MURDERERS as they cross the bridge.

I will remind them that there liberal socialist policies are killing our children..and anything else anyone can come up with.

That works when it is a room full of conservatives and one leftist agitator who is not much of a threat. In my view, it is the wrong tactic for a mob of socialists coming across state lines with the intent to ban our 2nd Amendment rights. They are a grave threat.

IMO, they must be met with a great wall of resistance. We need to outnumber them by a factor of 3 or greater. We should all be wearing red, white & blue shirts so that the media gets the freakin’ count right. We should be loud, and we should have plenty of signs.

We should have a unified and very simple message like “keep your opinion in NJ” or “when you fix Camden & Trenton, call us” or something similar. We must chant something like that, all day long, the same chant, 100 times, or more. We should have bullhorns chanting it.

These people need to see a great power, an insurmountable power. They must see that their cause is not winnable here. They must see the power of a large, strong, loud, force that will not stand for their perversion of our Constitution. That’s what these people understand, seeing a mob of red, white & blue, a much greater power than they believe exists.

No, I won’t invite them in for tea and pretzels.
