Morrisville PA ANTI GUN RALLY MAY 11

Thanks to all who were able to attend. This looked like it was going to be one hell of a rally, and apparently it was. Looking forward to any pics or vids of this event!

So... was anyone open carrying? Any trouble with the local officials or LEOs?

I open carried an AK and a 1911....in the park. No issues.

I overheard heard an anti point out to his wife that I had an "assault rifle."

I replied "And it hasn't even assaulted anyone. Amazing how that works.

Give me about 20 minutes and I will have all my pictures up.

Some people seemed a little upset for me for also trying to document the anti-gun rally, But I feel it is important that we have shots of both sides, and as much video as possible.

I focused mainly on our rally but when we went over to counter rally I also spent time taking video and pictures of their rally.

I know I had a lot of fun there; got to hear and meet some great people as well! I was half-surprised that ordinance wasn't enforced, I was kind of jealous of the CSF folks with their rifles near the stage. I really wanted to bring mine; I erred on the side of caution. But it looked like everyone on our side enjoyed themselves; the other side, not so much...

I was kinda disappointed with turnout from our side. All in all a good day. I really wish I would have brought my AK to carry but it seemed like people organizing this didn't want people doing that.

Aww Grasshopper. You have much to learn. The Philly press is already reporting there were only 100 of you. :-)

And, of course, they parsed the quotes to only one to try and make us look bad.

ya we were being watched with binoculars every step we took no matter if it was in the park on the way to the park or leaving the park quess were a huge threat

the we stood as close to the stage as they would let us holding our Constitutional Secure Force banner hi and proud

Yes, there were at least a dozen open carry participants. I wonder if the presence of the state police helped to mitigate local police enforcement the illegal Morrisville carry ban law. Not well said, I know, but its what I am wondering.

People were OCing, no problems what I saw.

Yeah, my friends and I hung back until two guys with a Draganov and m98 Mauser walked right by the police with no problem. We went on in after that...
