Ticks are out!

My wife and I headed down to State College to adopt ANOTHER ferret from a shelter, so we also decided to do some geocaching along the way. Nothing deep in the woods, just guick caches near Lightstreet, Buckhorn and Danville.

Long story short, after being home for a few hours I headed off to my reading room. While checking out the latest Cabela's Shooting Catalog, I noticed this little bitty thing on my inner thigh.

Dang...it was a tick! Small......but he was working his way to points north! Thought they wouldn't be out yet. Bummer. Quickly dispatched the little bugger before he got any further.

Yeah, I've been spraying the boys everyday before they go out....dang ticks are bad news. Which reminds me, Mr PA needs to get out there and spray the yard.
